Do you decorate Mid-Century? Then this Vintage Thermometer and Pen Holder is so tres chic moderne and would make a wonderful desk or shelf decor item.
On the left is the teak thermometer elevated by two short brass poles. The first digit of the temperature is displayed on a brushed brass half arc, very modern looking. A thick lucite sheet covers the face of the thermometer to protect it from dust and to give it a little extra bump in quality. To the right, the solid metal pen holder waits patiently for you to place a favorite pen inside. The whole thing rests on a thick slab of brushed aluminum. All in all, a very nice looking MCM decor piece.
